Security and data handling.

Your bid records and evidence documents are commercially sensitive. Taypra Ltd is Cyber Essentials certified. Primary storage is in Postgres in the London region. Text passages are processed by Voyage AI and Anthropic in the US when Taypra searches and drafts.

Where your data goes.

Documents, evidence and drafts are stored in London. Only relevant text passages are sent to the two named processing providers.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Stored bid records, evidence documents and member information are encrypted using AES-256.

Access controls

Access to production systems is restricted to named Taypra personnel and limited to what each person needs for their role.

Firm separation

A firm's bid records, evidence library and drafting history are separated from other firms at the database level and available to that firm's authorised users.

AI processing

Voyage AI processes passages for meaning and Anthropic processes selected passages for drafting. Both are contracted not to train on customer content.
