Terms of service

Last updated: 5 August 2026

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms govern your use of the Taypra marketing website at taypra.com and any Taypra platform services. They form a contract between you (or the firm you represent) and TAYPRA LTD (company number 17288662), registered office at Pilgrim House, Oxford Place, Plymouth, PL1 5AJ.

By submitting an enquiry or accessing the platform you agree to these terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Use of the website

You may use the Taypra website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
  • Scrape or extract data from the platform without our written consent
  • Use the platform in a way that could damage or impair its performance

3. Platform services

Access to Taypra's bid intelligence and drafting platform is subject to a separate service agreement entered into at the time of onboarding. These website terms do not constitute an agreement to provide platform access.

Content generated through the platform draws on your own bid records and published public-sector data. All output is reviewed by a named Taypra expert before delivery. You remain responsible for ensuring any submission you make meets the requirements of the relevant procurement exercise.

4. Intellectual property

The Taypra name, wordmark, and platform software are the intellectual property of TAYPRA LTD. You may not reproduce or use them without our written consent.

Content you upload to the platform (bid records, evidence documents) remains your property. You grant Taypra a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Taypra's total liability for any claim arising from use of the website or platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at taypra.com/terms. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
